I got the illustrations from a printed book, apparently the manuscript hasn't been digitized yet. The manuscript also includes an unillustrated copy of De Balneis Puteolanis.

A paper about the illustrations is now available on Academia, You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view., Giulia Orofino, 1990. I haven't read it yet, but I see it also includes several more images from the manuscript.
