It' truly unmistakable, but how people here are familiar with paleography and don't see what no one can deny is a k o n r is odd I do say so.

This is not the whole inscription though, if you look very carefully there is more in the upper left part of the basin. It's just the first 4 words are in tiny letters, easy to miss. The whole line reads: "this is definitely not konr",
