This might be a better place for this selection. I preselected some manuscripts from known medical scholars. All of them belonged to the same school. All manuscripts were written at the Scuola Medica Salernitana, with approved history. All manuscripts are well explored through science and librarians, you can find all kind of information in their additional data, even later provenience and add-ons. And they carry the same damages from water and dirt. They have cuttings and wormholes. And some of them seem to be misbound as well. I hope that helps to support your work.
