If by guess you are questioning the likelihood, I wouldn't be sure about that. Most books in the world talk about related topics. If the quires were not related, the Voynich MS would have been shown to be a hoax.
For example, I could find a logical reason to believe that the book talks about plants, when to cultivate them (astronomy), how to prepare them (recipes), and what are their benefits (balneology).
