I have explained why that is difficult. I will contact the archive to ask them if I can share this one cipher key on a largely private forum(Ninja is not as public as PInterest), though I would have to ask people not to post it outside of the one time that I have. I may also share it on a temporary basis and remove it subsequently or provide a temporary link from which it can be downloaded.
