All MS images of swallowtail merlons north of Italy we know of are Weltchronik

Well, I mean a lead in the sense that these manuscripts have something in common: a similar language, but unclear origin. When it comes to the language underlying Voynichese, I don't think considering a specific dialect is very useful.

It is very difficult to determine the correct place of origin based on the text.
The ‘ch’ as ‘k’ suggests a proximity to Alemannic.
But it is only 20 km from St. Gallen Abbey to the Bavarian language area, and 40 km to Bavaria. Ergo, somewhere.

Is there a reason why none of these manuscripts have been added?

I honestly don't remember, most likely I was planning to add them in batch but then got distracted by something else. They should definitely be up there, feel free to have a look if you have time!
