The representation in Post You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. reminds me a bit of Newbold's microwriting. To be honest, I am not quite sure what the letter fragments ( left, "container" ? ) are derived from. What I do know for sure is that the scribes did not leave any information on this microscopic level that could be used to decipher the VMS. This is simply not possible manually with ink and quill, even if the VMS had been written more carefully. In view of this fact, it is also irrelevant what resolution a working template (scan) has. The existing ones are good enough.

I agree, existing resolution is enough to read Voynich, I can say this after five years of researches
Voynich was written using four stencils/templates and a small brush with metal bristles
Ancient Authors wanted to be sure that the content of the Book was not lost
if you think a solution too complicate you are on the wrong track
