That would certainly be one argument.
But what difference would it make? There’s no cross on the last line.

As we’ve already discussed this topic, I had a quick (kuez) rummage through my archive and dug out a few examples.
It wasn’t easy, as it’s a bit of a mess in there too.
The first one, shown below, is a nicer 7 than ‘et’, and ‘cere’ also appears.
