Since in the Lapidario for a given zodiac sign each degree out of 30 degrees is linked to a star in a depicted constellation, let's entertain the possibility that stars in the cipher manuscript partially match some of the stars in the Lapidario. Then some of the text circles around Pisces and the other zodiac signs depicted in the cipher manuscript could contain lists of star (or stone) names.

I don't recognize any month:

Here 'фев' is short for February and 'мар' is short for March.

Why do you think that pisces is the first?  If the reading is CCW, Aries should be the first, no?

I even think I can read "ab aries incipiam" ("beginning from aries")  just above the diagram.
