I hope I will do this right. I proposed various readings for Slovenian language, but I am sure others can read it in their languages and get different words.

It really is a German dialect and can just be read and understood by me.

The text begins with "darinnen holz zu schlagen damit der selbe Forst" "to cut wood in it so that the same forest".
Anyone who knows German should be able to read it. It is rather the handwriting that causes problems.
