This handwriting seemed interesting to me, but I don’t see any specific similarities between the letters, only in the overall style.

Garlic in the VM
A few words in the manuscript remind me of garlic, σκόροδον or σκόρδον in ancient Greek, σκόροδος and σκόρδος in Byzantine Greek, σκόρτος in Cypriot Greek and σκόρδο in modern Greek.
These words are:
  • shordy (1) 11v.1, A;
  • shorchdy (1) 103v.9, B;
  • shorodo (1) 13r.5, A;
  • shorody (1) 44v.4, A.
Three of these pages have drawings of plants. 
Could it really be garlic?

Words EVA pchod-, fchod- et fod-
Since I consider that EVA (pch, fch, f) = φ, I will group in this post the words beginning with pchod-, fchod- and fod-.
These words are not frequent; there are fewer than 30 occurrences in total:
  1. pchodaiin (5) A/B,
  2. pchodain (2) B,
  3. pchodain.aiin (1) B,
  4. pchodair (1) B,
  5. pchodal (1) A,
  6. pchodar (2) A/B,
  7. pchodol (2) A,

The basic word, pchody/ fchody (pho89/ fho89), can mean several things :
  1. φῷδες, pl of φωΐς – blister of burning on the skin:
  2. φόδος, ὁ (= ἄφοδος) (byz.) – excrement;
  3. φωτός, gen sg of φῶς= φᾰ́ος – light, esp. daylight; the light of a torch, lamp, fire; the light of the eyes; window; light, as a metaph. for deliverance, happiness, victory, glory, etc.; with reference to illumination of the mind:
  4. φωτός/ φῶτες/ φῶτᾰς, sg gen/ pl nom/acc of φώς – a man, mortal;
  5. φωτᾶς (byz) – apron (< arab. fūṭa).
The word pchodaiin/ fchodaiin would be the plural genitive of pchody/fchody:
  1. φῳδών, gen pl of φωΐς;
  2. φόδων, gen pl of φόδος;
  3. φώτων, gen pl of φῶς;
  4. φωτῶν, gen pl of φώς.
The word pchodol can be read as fo8oi or fo8a:
  1. φόδοι, pl of φόδος;
  2. φῶτα, neut sg acc /pl of φῶς/ φάος; τὰ φῶτα – sun and moon;
  3. φῶτα, acc masc of φώς.
The word pchodar can be read as fo8ar or fo8as:
  1. φῷδας, acc pl of φωΐς;
  2. φῶτας, acc pl of φώς;
  3. φωτᾶς.
The words pchodair*, pchodal, fodal, fodan and fchodees may be the inflected forms of the Byzantine and Greek word φωτία – light, fire:
  1. pchodal/ fodal – φοται for φωτίαι, plural of φωτία (Byz);
  2. pchodair – φοταις for φωτίαις, plural dat of φωτία (Byz);
  3. fodan – φωταν for φωτίαν, acc of φωτία (Byz);
  4. fchodees – φωτιές, plural nom/ acc of φωτιά (Gr.).
The word fodal can be read together with the following word, fodal.kedar – fo8aini8ar. 
Could it be φωτεινοειδής – like light?
The word fchod,ycheol, fo89kia, can be φωτ-αυγία or φωταύγεια – brightness of light.
The word pchodain/ pho8ain, could be :
  1. φωταιν for φωτίαιν, dual of φωτιά (Byz);
  2. φωτειν for φωτίζειν, infinitive of φωτίζω – shine, give light, illuminate, bring to light, make known, enlighten, instruct, teach, illuminate with spiritual light, baptize, throw light upon, illustrate.
The words pchodain.aiin could form the word pho8ainaun – φωτεινῶν, gen pl of φωτεινός – bright.

As I understand it, there are similarities between the VMS symbols and Greek letters, but they are only superficial. For example, the combination ai in the lowercase okain reminded me of omega in its design.
   
If ai is omega, then what are aii and an?
And why is omega so common, and why is it located at the end of words?

In reality, I currently read ain as αιν or ειν, ii as υ, aii as ω, aiin as ων, oiin as ουν.
These endings are perfectly suited to Greek words.

Words cheokorchey, cheokaiim and cheokaiin
The words cheokorchey from page 68r1 and cheokaiim from 86v3 may be equivalent or, at least, related.

Considering rch as rh or simply r, I would read the first word as kionorhi9. 
The appropriate word would be γεωμορίας, gen sg/ acc pl of γεωμορία.
The second word, kionaur…, could be γεομωρ… for γεωμορ… and the words that would fit are γεωμορία and γεωμόρος.
These terms are related:
  • γεωμορία, ἡ – portion of land, pl., farms, cultivated lands; = γεωργία – tillage, agriculture, farming; harvest; division of land;
  • γεωμόρος = γημόρος – one who has a share of land, landowner; metaph. of Ἅιδης; =γεωργός – tilling the ground.
Certainly, it remains possible to read cheokaiim simply as cheokaiin, especially since it is preceded by daiin (daiin.cheokaii[@175;:m] ZL/ daiin.cheokaiim T), which can be τῶν, the article of the plural genitive.
The two words together would form taun chionaun for τῶν κῑόνων or τῶν χῑ̆όνων, for example:
  • τῶν κῑόνων, pl fem gen of κίων – pillar; columnar gravestone; uvula; division of the nostrils, cartilage of the nose; kind of meteor; kind of wart;
  • τῶν χιόνων, pl fem gen of χιών – snow.
The word cheokaiin is not new; it appears twice in the text.
