I will break out and say that I liked that post of Thomas. Maybe there are inaccuracies but there are many interesting comparisons as well.

Inspiration for benched gallows:

"Dann" (so, then in German) as inspiration for "daiin"

I hope that Thomas will write more on his new blog. He talks about "Voynich forgery" but doesn't explain it much yet. I would like to learn his argumentation.

Was Thomas Ernst aware of the multispectral scans? I guess not. I wonder how this additional knowledge would have influenced his view of the marginalia.

The Analysis of the Voynich Manuscript Alphabet would benefit from a more thorough engagement with existing literature and Voynich ninja forum discussions.

Example: Marginalia interpretations of the presentation are not only inaccurate but represent incredibilty.
Previously published explanations are overlooked. For example 17r- the finding that this is the scientifical name of the herb - written in Latin as "malher alber"- mallow is  interpreted as "mallier aller". Not speaking about the last sentence of 116v: "So nim jasmich"- interpreted as "gas mich".
Here is my recommendation- for the presentation to be more meaningful contribution to the field, must address the existing state.
