The one of the right looks like every statue of Rudolf I've seen, but if they were brothers they probably looked very alike, so who knows. 
Rudolf's likenesses are very slim and commonly have some sort of tilt, I guess to hide his facial deformity. Also his hair and face look correct. 

The bit to ponder, for me anyway, is this crown was not "real" as far as we know, but the idea was spread quiet far, but not so far (That I know of) that it left the holy roman empire. 
Maybe I am wrong and someone will show otherwise, but I think you are right in thinking these crowns are related to the Habsburg family and the VM creator was not too far away.

If you take a closer look at the gate, you’ll see that everyone except one person is a woman.
In fact, the gate was reserved for women only, as were the seats in the cathedral.
Just like in an underground parking garage today. Parking spaces reserved for women only.
With a little imagination, that might be one reason why all the women in the VM are naked.
Maybe it was a joke or a reference by the authors.
