Your system if i understand correctly is a CodeBook with some built-in ambiguity ?

Just as an overall piece of advice: we are used to seeing Voynich Solutions all the time, and claiming that you can read it raises suspicion instead of anticipation. It is much better to communicate clearly about your method and results.
