It is more likely that pegalac has no idea what he is doing. First posting obviously AI-generated content (with several obviously wrong statements), now evading questions, maybe confusing characters with languages or who knows what...

I'm afraid I don't quite understand. 

It appears that you are just using an AI to visually compare Voynich glyphs with glyphs (characters) found in other manuscripts, in the hope of finding Voynichese hidden in other corpus, correct?

The link in the title post returns 404 for me.

If I understand correctly, you are trying to use some neural networks to find a script which would be visually most similar to Voynich script.

Sorry but that won't help with deciphering the manuscript. Imagine a cipher where standard set of letters A..Z is replaced by the same letters
A..Z according to some rules (substitution cipher, transposition cipher, nomenclator etc.)

In that case both scripts are immediately known, yet it doesn't make you closer to get the hidden meaning.

The neural network will probably find "something" if you feed it enough data from different parts of the world. Some ancient or modern script
from India or Nepal or Thailand. Which won't make sense in the historical context of Voynich Manuscript.

Here is a preliminary result concerning a phrase detected with my AI. The beginning of the sentence that we deciphered is: "The tagete blooms vigorously and emits a scent." However, I would like to emphasize that I am not entirely sure about the accuracy of this result. Further studies and validations might be necessary to confirm this interpretation. Hey, I've attached an image of the tagete, and you can see that in the picture there are red spots on the flower just like in the drawing at the same spot.

If the AI has deciphered a sentence, it would be more logical, in my opinion, to give this sentence than to look for possible confirmation on an image of a plant.

The low resolution of the image of the manuscript fragment you cited does not allow us to assert or deny with certainty the correctness of this translation.
