Sorry if this one is already mentioned and corrected, but I believe there may also be a typo/error in f29v.1-5 ("-5" ==> token 5).
It looks to be "als", not "ls".
I have a few other modifications to the transliteration I have been collecting; I will send them to you soon. (Most are more subjective, so I've compiled them into my customized transliteration. The one above is one of the more objective ones though and I think anyone would agree with the fix.)

Fair enough - I agree it looks horrible.
As soon as one has ivtt and bitrans installed, they can be integrated in scripts and both points become non-issues.
More importantly, however, you are right about finding the bitrans tables. This is very difficult with the new web site's access rules, and I must fix it.
Some days ago I received a kind E-mail indicating that one label in the MS, which exists in several transliteration files, and was also transcribed by Petersen, does not in fact exist.
What we see in the MS is the reverse of a word on the other side which is shining through.
In voynichese.com this is the only occurrence of (Eva: ) "dso".
It is found on f89v2 in the bottom row of plant parts.
This removes one complete locus from the text: <f89v2.26,@Lf>
Plenty of editorial work to do
As far as I understand, it's this one? I wonder what made the page nearly transparent here, there is some dark discoloration of the vellum on the other side too. Also, I think some of the apparent lines in the drawing on 89v next to this word are also from the other side.

Yes, indeed.
The parchment may just be very thin there. This is something that can easily happen during parchment preparation.
As a result of several changes:
- one label removed from the text (on f89v2)
- decision to also remove the three Marci-written characters from the text
- minor update to the Eva definition (adding three characters)
- others that won't mean anything to most if not all people
The ZL transliteration has been updated from issue 3a to 3b
and
The RF transliteration has been updated from issue 1a to 1b

The change to the ZL file also includes fixes of several transliteration errors (but there will still be plenty).
The new RF file uses extended Eva (the old one used basic Eva). If there is a wish, I could also post the reduced Eva version.

Sorry but this is really a pet peeve of mine. Please Dont move files on your website because it may break a lot of websites outside your control.
The tone with which these requests are put forward sounds rude to me. The Voynich ms is a hobby for all of us, Rene included. He is not an employee of the Voynich Ninjas and anyway one can say "please" even when speaking to their employees.

Regarding 404's however, <in a post now erased>, reading Rene's site recently, the discussion of the cosmos folio is still connected to E. Velinska's long deleted investigations. Considering the significance of the discovery, some simple statement should be made, that she compared the central part of the VMs cosmos with the cosmic illustrations in BNF Fr. 565 and Harley 334. That would provide some direction.
