The Voynich Ninja

I actually trust the colors of the VMS leaves. I think many of them are pretty accurate, and the painter has mixed a lot of shades of green.

But I do not trust the color of the flowers. They do not seem to be naturalistic. In fact, I have a feeling that many of the blue ones simply represent "seeds" (not all of the plants are in bloom, some have gone to seed).

There's another thistle verse that might explain the animals.
