Can you find more similarities when looking at the  Bower Ms (dated between 4th and 6th c.)

Are you proposing a scribal similarity between the Bower MS and the Voynich?

I think he just wants our opinion. 

Even though I am open to the influence of old scripts, including eastern ones, I see no significant similarities in this case.

To write "scribal similarity" sounds a bit official.  
Some characters are the same, but i did not take more time to investigate if there are more than the characters for X and L.

I know there are people who think the VMS resembles Indian text.
