Tough choice between 1 and 3...

RE: Favorite Plant Tournament GROUP E - Koen G - 05-05-2025

I couldn't vote against the little guy.

RE: Favorite Plant Tournament GROUP E - oshfdk - 05-05-2025

This is the hardest of them all... it's a pity I don't have several accounts on this forum. But given 1 and 3 are already spoken for, I'm in a tie between 4 and 5.

BTW, is there some animal shape interpretation for the root in 8? Looks like a long-legged ant or bug of sorts on the small preview.

Going for 3, not just for the dragon, but also the quite nice herb drawing which is essentially hidden by the terrible paint job.

7 is also an interesting drawing:

* Lack of color variation, overall pale "ghostly" appearance.
* The three root bundles mirror the shape of the leaves
* Unambiguous return in the small-plant section, You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. , where the root is now colored brown

I voted number 1 because I composed a piece of music about it!

I hadn't expected 5 to be in shared first place  Huh

Then it's 5 for me. I like 5 because it's a tangled mess of roots, a tangled mess of shoots and the flowers are really entwined with the text. They do make the text suffer, and as a text guy for me this is very good, it shows some interesting patterns.
