Ains and Ains

It's called one and one. ....next  Ains = german Eins /1 / one.
Ains and II = 3 ....next
Ains and III = 4 ..... etc

Next Text: With the signs of the zodiac.
You want to know under which sign a person was born. So take his name and the name of his mother and put the two names together and then divide the number into xxviii (18) and if this is not animate, then he was born under Pisces.

Fragments of old manuscripts from the working folder of Johannes Hartlieb, used in 1448 when working on new manuscripts:

Interesting, yes, but not by Hartlieb: "Label on cover: Die Kunst Ciromantia von Doktor Hartlieb ...1448, does not refer to this manuscript."

The illustrations are indeed good parallels, clearly close in time/culture/area: the proportions of the body, clothes, etc.

That is probably a fragment of an old manuscript from the working folder of Johannes Hartlieb, used by him in 1448 when working on his new manuscripts.
