Siloe to exhibit first copy of their facsimile - davidjackson - 28-09-2017

At the Frankfurt manuscript fair, 11-15 October the company just told me. They will be showing off their very first handwritten copy.
Anyone nearby to take a look? I can probably bag you a chat with them.
The official presentation is in November.

Darn  Big Grin

Somehow this message was not parsed correctly by my (ageing) brain.
So its already now, not in November.
Will try to drop by this week.

So when will we get to see this thing? Did anyone who ordered a copy get an estimated time of delivery?

I'm asking because I'm curious what they made of certain drawings, the pond creatures for example. If their inspection of the manuscript gave a clearer image of the lines under the paint, this may show in the facsimile.

I was chatting to Pablo recently. He thinks delivery will commence on time next year. They're hoping to confirm delivery dates soon - the official presentation is on November 10 (still trying to work out if I can get there or not).
