Hi,
Here is another example of the investigated bulls with lyre-formed horns. (Reg.Lat 1862). Quite a scientific work of middle ages!
 
As much as I can understand from Latin -this is a special type of bulls, which has black and white eyes and is a monster.
Eats people. 
Its name in Latin is (J)Ibelua lapidenis. Please, correct me if I am wrong, since I am amateur in Latin.
