One is from 1455 from Brixen, unfortunately.
But I know in Bressanone there are more, just have to find them.

One is still from Runkelstein, just because of the dates.

I added the Visconti castle to the map as well, it seems like a very safe bet for the presence of swallowtail merlons pre-1450.

Hi Koen,
I see Locarno on the map, but not in the list in the first post. The map apparently contains 19 locations.
The title of the other thread should be changed: it currently mentions "depicted" swallowtail merlons.
