Mostly he is busy slaying the devil / dragon. A number of these favor the color red. In two of the images, he is shown weighing souls, in his role as psychopompos. One of these also shows Christ seated on a rainbow throne. There is only one representation here of Saint Michael where his wings are displayed with the feather tips pointed upwards.
