The good thing is that these new scans are better than the old PDF.

Unless you are referring to something else, it appears to be a single manuscript with two different signatures (also pointed out by Collins): You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view.

I fixed You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. for the relationship between Egerton 747, Florence Pal.586, and the French "Livre". I corrected the misspelling for Modena, added the old signature and made it descend directly from Egerton 747 (as suggested by Collins).

Thank you, Rene! I certainly saw it in the past, but I forgot.
I guess it does not appear explicitly in the "family tree" because it's one of the many copies of the You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. (the French Wikipedia page has an extensive list, Alfa.M.5.9 is mentioned as "Estero 28").
