I think there's a possibility that some of the nymphs (if you can call a clothed woman a nymph) in the colored zodiac wheel might represent real people.

The abilities of the artist were discussed properly in another thread just few days ago. There is nothing in you original post that references the artist's abilities. My 'participation post' is trying to point to unfortunate dis-balance of your thread - a contest to find the 'ugliest' woman while the guys get a pass
The male characters in the VMs are often overlooked and bundled under the 'nymphs' term. Some of the human figures in the VMs are women (many of them are dressed) and some are men (some of them are naked). Not impossible. The most likely candidate for bearded lady to be depicted in 15th century manuscript would be St Wilgefortis. Her feast day is July 20 now - I am not sure when was she celebrated 600 years ago.
