I think it's undeniably related to ÖNB Cod. 1842 and perhaps also loosely related to Sieben Regimena (the background is different some parts are thematically similar):

   


If you ignore the crossbow but retain the single-jug clothed Aquarius, and as many of the others as possible (especially the clothed and preferably male/female Gemini), it is also somewhat similar to a few more going back to the 13th century or so. Here is a 13c and 15c example (the main difference being the lack of a figure for Libra):

I don't remember this particular one, but it is very similar to one from a 1429 MS shown both

Like a few other samples, it's from the Konstanz area. Interestingly, it adds a new pose to the collection.
The one at post #13 (LJS 445) was already included.

This one is very good. Probably the first Crossbowman Sagittarius I've seen that's not in the process of aiming or reloading. Just a casual stroll with the crossbow. The bull in that MS is also good. Genimi and Virgo though...
