Yes. The order as bound never seemed right so if it was in fact not meant to be part of a binding, I assumed the title page would logically go to 67r2.

For consistency, let's settle on some shared vocabulary. Where you are using the phrase "title page," I think it would be better to simply say "first recto", since we really don't know that any of these are "title pages." So for a given bifolium, you would have "first recto," "first verso," "second recto," and "second verso."
