Music of the Spheres and Harmonics Revealed — Refinement 4 - Kris1212 - 16-07-2025
Some of you may remember my early posts about the symbolic structure of the Voynich glyphs. At the time I’d developed what became Refinement 1 of the decode key. After that, I withdrew and continued the work independently.
A major part of that work is now complete, and it has revealed more.
Refinement 4 is now published on Academia. It includes:
- All 22 glyphs — the rare forms v and z are still under analysis; the rest are fully defined
- Procedural and harmonic architecture linking to Neoplatonism and the Music of the Spheres
- Planetary tone structure (f p t k) as modal anchors — the gallows glyphs, which only ever appear between ch
- Elixir system, spiritus, vital fluid, and full solar cycle logic
- Fully decoded folios with harmonic and ritual layering — You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. to f3v, plus 6 from earlier work (11 in total; more in progress)
- A proposed authorship link to Lucrezia Tornabuoni, with ties to the Santa Maria Novella apothecary through her brother, Giovanni Tornabuoni
- The 9-radial diagram (f85r2) decoded as a geothermal thermal water map, corresponding to Bagno al Morbo and Volterra — currently undergoing further mapping and research
- Zodiac radial charts now understood as treatment guides by star sign
- Zodiac radial images of threads topped with stars represent spiritus — the tether from the ritual subject to the cosmos
The system is not a language — and cannot be one.
No natural language permits constructs like eeee, iiii, or oooooooo.
But in a harmonic, symbolic system governed by procedure and cycle? They make perfect sense.
You don’t have to believe it, but you’re invited to test it. All spreadsheets are available, and the system works. I welcome genuine engagement — including reasoned challenge.
I’m currently working with an Italian music professor from Milan who’s reviewing the harmonic structure. He’s already noted musical coherence in the gallows glyphs, modal pauses, and beat timing.

What’s different in my work is that the evidence isn’t buried under assumptions. It’s counted. Structured. Testable.

I'd rather say your assumptions are counted and structured (and they are very many), that's surely true, and they form an ingenious system, but where is the 'testable' part? Ie. from your table 'daiin' = 'NOON SPIRITUS 2.5-HOURS 2.5-HOURS SUNSET'. How are you going to 'test' that? What does it ever mean, be it in linguistic or musical terms or whatever?
Remember: 'evidence' means "it's more probable under hypothesis X than under hypothesis notX", it does not mean at all "I devised a chain of assumptions which look plausible to me". The former is difficult to do, the latter not so much.

It doesn't work in the same way the recent 'solution' here: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. did not work. In both cases a long sequence of hypothesis leads to an extremely fuzzy and untestable conclusion with no evidence.

That decode proves my point — it’s exactly what this system isn’t.
No glyph counts.
No internal constraints.
No explanation for why glyphs repeat, terminate, or structure across folios.
Just loose guesses across multiple languages — no testable logic, no predictive structure.
By contrast, my system:
- Defines 22 glyphs by function (cycle, tone, fluid, time — not letters)
- Enforces internal rules:
- n never followed
- i caps at 3 before d, 4 before n
- eeee maxes at 4
- n never followed
- Glyph placement maps to plant structure: flower, stem, root
- Harmonic tones never pair tt, ff, kk, pp
- Holds across 11 decoded folios — all spreadsheets open.
If it breaks, show where.
Otherwise, this isn’t the same as those surface-level attempts.
It’s procedural, symbolic, and it holds throughout the manuscript.

Quick update on harmonic tones — and it’s a big one.
I’ve finished going through the full matrix block pairings and what’s become clear is that there are only four true harmonic tones in the system:
f (Divine),
p (Jupiter),
k (Mars), and
t (Saturn).
These are the only glyphs that ever enter the core modulation structure — they appear between c and h, and act directly on the ritual subject. All the others are not tones. They don’t modulate anything. They set the field.
So
o (Sunrise),
l (Moon),
q (Venus),
d (Noon),
n (Sunset), and even
g (Mercury) — all of them are now classified as harmonic fields. They frame the ritual, not drive it. Like cosmic timing gates — the wave comes through when they’re open, but they’re not the wave itself.
There’s only one instance of t followed by k in the entire manuscript — a compressed Saturn–Mars ignition. And zero instances of k followed by
t. Mars never leads. Force never comes first. That’s ritual law.
