One option is ‘zig/tzig’, as in ‘twenty, thirty…’ "zwantzig, dreitzig ...."

I was also wondering what those O mean, could be relevant. Also that they often seem larger than regular "o", maybe capitals.

There are quite a number of these "O" symbols in this section. I collected a few. It's interesting that they come near the end, but are often surrounded by other unusual symbols. Perhaps some roman numerals "II", and other things. This is clearly a genre with its own conventions. It should be relevant for 116v though.
Edit: note that in some of these examples, O is preceded and followed by a dot. The layout of dots on You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. is different, but this may be relevant nonetheless.
