I count either 71 or 72 (if one is hidden).

There is a clear alternation of 33 painted and 33 not painted bumps. Then there is lighter paint on 1, 2 is painted, 3 is not painted, 4 is painted, 5 is hidden: it would be required to continue the alternation of painted-not painted between 2 (painted) and 6 (painted).

There are two alternative interpretations of the lunar folio depictions of outer bumps if it represents a pure 33 (occasionally 34)-lunar-year-cycle calendar and there are 73 (73 × 5 = 365 days in a solar year) bumps:

In a pure lunar calendar, which does not add extra months to align with the seasons, a cycle of 11 years is associated with the recurrence of lunar phases.

I counted 190 small bumps in the 2nd layer from the top of the roundel in the lunar folio (shown as red spots).

There probably are at least 310 small bumps in the 4th layer from the top of the roundel in the lunar folio (shown as red spots).
An exact count cannot be obtained due to ink spill in some parts of said layer and a partial fusion of bumps with the depiction of the person on the left.
