Hi Carl,

The language that is refereed in the first line may not be Czech. I am comparing the first symbol with what looks to me like E from the paragraph above the one about Bares. I could be wrong.

The sixth line has some fairly easy recognizable word - ... year from the birth of Christ the Lord (letha od narozeni Krista Pana).

Exaltationes would be Latin. When it's at the beginning of a letter, it's usually as we say, "your eminence" or "your highness" in English. "Oh most exalted one"—the salutation to someone important.

In a general sense, it refers to something "up there" (high, overhead, of greater importance, exalted, or a prominent person).
Few more words. Nabozen = religious (I think the word catholic is nearby) . Powoleno=permited. Den=day. W='modern v'=in

Perhaps the V=U:  "od Urozeneho P.P." (P.P. = Pana Pana) = by the Noble Lord Master
