The location of any cross is derived only from the text statistics.
The colour represents the illustration.

The fact that not all colours are spread over the entire page shows that there is some correlation between text and illustration (but that can still mean various things).
The herbal-A and herbal-B are red and ligh blue respectively, but other parts (phamaceutical, astro, cosmo) are 'in between'.

For thread completeness, I will show my results using EVA instead of Voyn_101, comparing top frequency words in Language A vs Language B.

This analysis uses Herbal folios only. Top 10 words in Language A Herbal followed by Language B Herbal. (Integers are counts, floats are fractions.)

This looks superficially similar to the results before, modulo the transcription. Strong statements are unwise given the low statistics in the B word set, and the very different frequency shapes Sad

In the WYSIWYG menu bar pick up the EVA font (the last one in the list of fonts, the "A" button).
