Nevertheless, it might have been useful if Harley MS 3667 had been directly referenced as such in the earlier post. I know this is just the internet and not a scientific journal, but such standards are used to make life easier. (Not pointing fingers at anybody here, I am just generally venting).
Also, the new aspect is that now the entire document has been scanned rather than just a few pages so others may well be interested in that.
