While I do not claim to understand the entire text in this specific passage, I notice a specific pattern that is significant.
(Ⰸ)- "Z":
There are a series of verbs in it that start with letter "z". Like "zomat"(to take), "zmeccat" (to make soft or to pound), zlit (pour) etc.
In Slavic languages this sign "z" is a marker which shows that an action is being completed or brought to an end.
The example You provided indicates a series of competed actions in some process of dealing with some matter. It could be a pharmaceutical preparation, or alchemical process. As I mentioned before I do not understand everything.
The text is not a random cipher it contains recognizable grammatical features, that point to a real linguistic system.
And this is not all- the cypher man uses it as preopsition "za-" or "zha-"according the context too. This preposition with the accusitive case indicates the contact to an object where action is directed to affect the object. It could be used with genitive for defining time: "In the time of", or with instrumental for defining a cause. But let us not deep in so much in the grammatic.
