1,4,8,9 in voynich which is i,q,d and y are numbers

This is a mini cipher per word based on i,q,d and y, they are numbers.

Inside each is a tiny Latin anagram.

A) Start at last eva word "You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view." You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. in voynich manuscript,
count letters backwards 1 one from list at bottom: e becomes a, i becomes t, r becomes n, y becomes u. anangram
then Latin natu

backwards 1 each against eva frequency then check latin frequency lists,
for digit sum method , because 1 and 9 = 1

B) Next is word "You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view.", because 1 + 1 is 2 and "You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view." is combined to get 2 with 9 then it = 2

If you have any questions let me know this is preliminary:  The last word on the voynich manuscript is as "ary" on voychinese.  Jason Davies looks like it could be "eiry".

eva-latin-english

eiry = eiry = natu = to be born, derive origin:  count back 1
ain = ain = uno = one  :count back 2
qol = qol = tue = behold, watch: forward 4, eva l is e in latin
chckhy =chckhy = dia = Godlike: back 9
chcthy = edi = declare:foward 9, eva ch is a in Latin
al = al = me =I: forward 8 eva l is e in Latin

This Latin sentence reads:
"Me edi, Dia, tue uno natu".

"I declare, Godlike, behold one to be born or You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view.".

Use Frequency List for counting forward or backward:

What locked me on to Latin was You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. shows "You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view." and its Latin.  I suppose other languages could use the same word.
Hi oeesordy

Each word uses a different direction (forward/backward), a different shift value (1, 2, 4, 8, 9), and, if necessary, individual letters are treated as exceptions. On top of that, there’s anagramming, which adds even more flexibility. Wink And, as far as I can see, that’s not really correct Latin.

We’d need to see significantly more words and sentences, but it’s still an interesting approach and a completely new one for me. Wink Exclamation
"I declare, Godlike, behold one to be born or derive origin".

That does not seem to make sense in any language...

What? Huh

q is meant to be 4. So how are you getting "tue"? You're just arbitrarily going backwards and forwards for each letter? Even if so, it's "tve". You have u and v seperated so they have to stay as such.

Or not. You're saying outright that l = e. I don't see why that letter isn't part of the whole cipher business. Also, why shift by 8, and why include the word at all? There is no d in the word for an 8 shift, and there is also no i, q or y.

In any case, there are so many degrees of freedom and so many assumptions that it makes no sense. You've even missed out the other two words on the last line, yet assume a full sentence has been translated.
@ eggyk

If you have any questions let me know this is preliminary as I said in the initial post.  The system I'm using is You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. along with tiny anagrams on each vord where the system is new.  And most often its only one anagram.

1) So if it is preliminary the rules are not set in stone.  The vord "airy" simply bled over value of 1 digital root of 1 + 9 = 1 in "ain" 1 for 2.

2) In medieval Latin they are interchanged u and v.

3) I set a rule for eva l to be Latin e and a rule for eva ch is Latin letter a.

To see if I'm correct it would have to meet a high threshold of 50%.  Not until all the rules are set will I release a full page if possible as some words may have mistakes or maybe nulls.  To repeat a phrase that supposed to be like something the author intended from such few anagrams one at most per word and I believe this be a legitimate system is amazing.

Look what the author possibly said in Latin at the end of the document where you would obviously start decoding this kind of cipher because the last number is "y" for 9.  The start of the manuscript does not have numbers in its initial word.

"I declare, Godlike, behold one to derive origin."

This is a huge complement understanding the massive task at decoding and "derived origin" means knowing the system.
With i,q,d,yi,q,d,y all over the text it's hard not to believe it is not part of a cipher.

With just so few vords in an anagram, at most one anagram and two I would say rare 3 and its a new system all the time.  It's reproducible.

The ninth day, bitter, repay the debt.
Since daiin is special and I have a system.  I tried it out on daiin alone and this is the result.

The predictability of letters on small numbers of combinations explain low entropy of the Voynich.  My number system produces of i,q,d and y with fixed positions within vords forces surrounding letters into prediction, this stays with low entropy!  The voynich is the same as always its low entropy.
