Google Gemini gives the following reading and translation of the text:
"Hemisperium est medietas sphaerae nati[v]a qua pluvies designat[ur]. XII. diei horarum numero quibus solis p[re]sentia u[m]bra ai[m] tra[n]situ solis p[re]tereundo distinguit[ur] a parte et ex t[re]mitate ad alteram usq[ue] ad liliu[m] u[m]bra p[re]terit hemisperiu[m]."
"A hemisphere is the natural half of a sphere by which [the path of light] is designated. By the number of 12 hours of the day, in which the presence of the sun is distinguished from the shadow by the passing movement of the sun, from one side and extremity to the other, until the shadow passes the hemisphere at the line."
