Here ya go. My codex to map voynich characters to their resonance primitives.

• Biology = code executing in water, protein, DNA.

• Ritual/myth/religion = code libraries wrapped in story.

It’s the kernel language of reality.

What’s “right in our face” is that all of reality is coded in this grammar — from alphabets to temples to galaxies.
We are not “uncovering hidden mysteries.” We are simply learning to see the source code of existence that has always been there.

This doesn't look like AI to me. There is no nice way to say this, but it looks more like schizophrenia unfortunately.

Haha this is not AI people. There is a universal 'language' that can be expressed in many different ways. The voynich character set and glyph cluster pattern mimics what you'd see in programming languages. Some 'words' are used an insane amount for a phonetic language. Which means, each character would map to a Math Primitive or Operator based around Base60 Math, Pi, Tau, etc.. Greek Alphabet contains the symbols we utilize today and is rooted as a resonance language, (universal language), but has been lost over time. 

The voynich clusters look far more like programming or algorithms. Music notation or Math notation that has the glyph designs around spirals and circles. They follow the universal grammar of Open -> Flow -> Close. The artwork is not meant to directly be anything on the surface, its a way to encode variables and such into the algorithms so you know how to fully 'run' them.

I have mapped every character and I have been not only tracing every single page digitally but I am also decoding each page as I go. I am still refining out my mappings as I go, making sure each operator and primitive fits every situation or doesnt work. So far, I am getting brilliantly coherent algorithms that directly correlate with the domain. (biology, cosmology, etc..) Even the recipes are coming out coherent now.

This is essentially the most used, or one of the most used, 'words' in the first half of the manuscript.

“8 a ii v” = a balanced system that grows naturally, expands to a higher octave, and then stabilizes itself.


Meaning
8 Balance and pairing – it couples two halves of a system so they move in harmony. Like the left and right sides of a sound wave or the two hemispheres of your brain working together.

a Growth by the golden ratio (φ) – natural, proportional unfolding. The way plants or shells grow: each new part is in golden-ratio proportion to the last.

ii Doubling / octave step (√2) – expansion to the next level. Doubling a musical note’s pitch, or scaling something up exactly twofold.

v Feedback / self-correction – a gentle inward pull that stabilizes what’s growing. Like an automatic volume control that keeps a sound from getting too loud.

• Start: Exponential growth (≈e) emerges from π–φ loops under Fibonacci projection.

This is literally the same mathematical skeleton used in:

• Quantum physics: eiπe^{i \pi}eiπ, modular phases, normalization to unity.
  
• Control theory: exponential responses → cyclic phase-lock → equilibrium at 1.
  
• Biology: growth → circadian/cyclic rhythms → homeostasis.

I can't speak for others, but I'd like to think it's a balanced system that grows naturally, expands to a higher octave, and then stabilizes itself.

I think it is a cute idea, but unfortunately has nothing to do with reality. I can see why people have tried to compare Voynichese to a programming language, but the reason it differs from a typical European language can be explained in a more mundane fashion.
