We have two goat-like illustrations, one at folio 70v and the other at folio 71r, I get words in meaning of "frozen ewe" for 70v and "goat" for 71r. What characteristics of the drawings can distinguish the two animals?
What's a frozen ewe?
I don't think the drawings can be Capricorn and Aries. The evidence suggests that they represent the same sign. Just like the two circles with a bull/Taurus in the centre, these have only 15 nymphs around them, half of the usual 30 or so. This strongly suggests that both the bulls and the sheep/goats/whatever they are, have been divided over two circles for some reason.

An Arabic term (صریدة) was defined as "a female sheep that cold has weaken it". Its plural form is (صرائد). [You are not allowed to view links.

Well, the obvious is one is dark and one is light. The dark goat in a lot of medieval writing is associated with lust and heat (ie You are not allowed to view links.
