I've not yet watched it, so cannot speak as to its content. Probably very introductory and somewhat sensationalist, as I think the channel's style is overall lighthearted.

Thought I would simply share as it turned in my feed just this moment.

Well, I've watched it now and...I wouldn't recommend.

The best I can say about it, from watching the first 10 minutes or so, is that at least they don't even pretend to be serious about it...
