What do you think of the very round hole just to the left of the blue star above the sleeping woman on Yale/Beinecke Image 149, ( Biblioteca Pleyades 82r )?

I think the hole looks very round. What do you think could have made such a round hole?

These holes also exist in other manuscripts.

I think the tanner cut out the nipple here.
