Marco and I are currently trying to fill out some holes in the map. Some of the areas that are missing are the north-east and north-west of Germany. So we are looking for 15th century charters (Urkunden) or similar documents from cities like:
West: Bonn, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Essen, Aachen, Trier...
East: Anything around Berlin and to its north
Any 15th century documents made in these regions will do, the more the better. You will be credited.
Not a charter, but a work from Cologne (?) at the time of the creation of the VMS:
1436 copy of four tracts by Johannes Gerson made by Johannes Veghe from Münster for his own use.
Handwritten, one hand, Gothic hybrida formata. Marginal notes by scribe's hand and some later hands (15th century).
Tractat[us] de [con]solacio[n]e theologie jncipit feliciter.
Münster ? ; Cologne ?, 1436

Thank you, Matthias. We are actually looking for Cursiva (with loops on b,h,k,l) rather than Hybrida. Something closer to 116v is the annotation at the end, where a guy bought the book from the original author (1450), but the location is unclear. This one is also interesting because it features uncial d (with no loop), like "oladabas".

In a few cases, archives for the individual German Länder proved useful, but sometimes they are hard to find or to use.

Thanks, that's exactly what we're looking for. Do you think there exists a website with charters from Alsace? I looked around but didn't immediately find anything useful, might be the German/French language barrier.

I don't know. There are many "chartes de franchise" to be found in the archives départementales, but not often digitized.
For example (département de l'Aude):
