I've realised, I constantly challenge and thus I should potentially other some evidence of my own. Here's a Bigram chart based on Zl transcription through some pruning.
I have a ton more charts

I think it's proof that it doesn't qualify as a transliteration and is but a transcription. The data is too sparse so it can't represent a viable way to pronounce Voynichese. Thanks for providing this data. I wonder what my system looks like when applied to word final roots...

It has always been made clear by the authors of the various transcriptions out there that they are not intended to represent the real sound values of Voynichese (assuming they exist). The transcriptions are provided so that we can perform statistical analyses on the glyphs and also make it easier to refer to them in discussions etc, etc.

Would you kindly look into my post called "On consonants and vowels in Voynichese" and let me know about your thoughts on the transcription system I crafted? It has the advantage of being pronounceable within the Japanese sound system. I'm not saying it's Japanese but it's just a kind of mapping that allows you to read through and notice if there are any word roots or inflections within Voynichese. I hope it makes sense.
