The writings next to the figures can form a line. A line that could be decoded like the paragraphs.

As you can see the word "Amrita" appears which has roots in ancient Persian and Sanskrit languages. Amrita is a Sanskrit term which in Persian it is the Amertat or Amerdad = Immortality

By "Older Persian" I don't mean Ancient Persian or Avestan, but maybe a few centuries older than today's Persian which can be found in literary works.
By "Modern Persian" I mean the form that is easily understandable for Farsi speakers, with help of today's vocabulary.

The reading depends on how removal of repetition occurs, if after finall removal we take K.D.P.A.R, J.T, S.A.M, J.T.V.. as third rule and remove it, in first line, baarejat (بارجت) will turn to a verb ba+resam (بارسم):

I have been by the Aras river, there were remains of castles, fire temples, and churches. Regarding the history I am not very certain but there had been some historical battles in old times, such as Battle of Karasounk. Not sure of the left tributary of Aras though.

Banari (بانری) is a girlish name in meaning of lady of the ladies
