I'd read the first line as "Disen ijgel saltu spisen", which can be translated as an instruction: you shall feed this hedgehog.  Confused

I stumbled upon this image from a Feuerwerkbuch (You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view.) apparently dated 1420-1425. Whatever this is (a cannon?), it seems bizarre. I am unable to read the text.
The text looks like a variant of a rhyme quoted at You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view., beginning "Disen ygel saltu spisen."  Apparently the image depicts a piece of siege equipment known as an Igel ("hedgehog").
1) The text of the 'Wörterbuch' is the text from GNM Nürnberg 25801

2) the text means: you shall provide  the hedgehog with spikes and provide him well with iron, the bullet shall also be supplied with spikes, beware of these two and you will be fine.
spisen means in this case not food, but a pike in the sense of the weapon, cp.https://www.dwds.de/wb/dwb/igeln,especially nr,6
