As a follow-up to my work identifying scribes, I've written an essay on this very subject, reviewing historical glyphsets among other things. As JKP wisely points out, there is no definitive set and cannot be one, as there are many opinions and strong arguments about which glyphs might be variants of one another, combinations, ligatures, world-end variants, etc. The essay won't be out until next year, but I have found the review of past work to be fascinating and illuminating.

If you want to extract only the pure voynich text from whatever trasliteration file you have.
Use IVTT. Or roll your own, or if you want to do it by hand, thats cool too.
