The following talk by Laura Cleaver is not about the Voynich MS, but about Wilfrid Voynich as a book dealer.

I hope to go to this talk as I know Laura and I think her current project is really interesting. I have heard her joke that the VMS is the only medieval manuscript that she absolutely refuses to work on so it’s unlikely that she will say much about it, but I’m interested in her research on the 20th century manuscript trade even without extra excitement of MS 408.
I hope that there is also a detailed biography about W.Voynich. Something more than I can put together on the net.
If I lived closer I would probably go. It's an interesting topic.
I'm planning to attend, they had me at "wine reception". :-p
The event is severely at risk of being cancelled, or rather postponed.
Nothing definite, however.
I've been wanting to go to London again for a long time, but I had another event preventing me from even considering this one. But this other event has also just been cancelled. We haven't seen the last of this yet.
I think it is unlikely to go ahead on the scheduled date as so many things are being cancelled. If it does go ahead on the scheduled date then I will probably have to stay away as I take immuno-suppressant medication and I probably shouldn’t go anywhere near London and its public transport system any time soon.
Can't this be done by tele conference?
