You all make the mistake of 'the intelligent scribe', who is a well known phenomenon and the curse of every manuscript, tradiition, like him, you don't read what is written there but you start interpreting  and read what you think should be written there, because you think it makes sense.
In this case though there is so little context and the writing so inconsistent that we cannot easily read what is written. Otherwise we wouldn't be having these endless discussions.
I would say we can read everything, the problem is, that part of it dors not make sense - at least to us
I assume "h" does not, as 2 examples precede it. The lower bow is missing.
I also take "b" off the table. It does not match the "b" of "leber / dabat und obren".
With the "t", I see it the same as directly above "te".
It tends to be written together, like "mullier "f17".
Next the word "alti" feminine "altia" masculine "altio".
In German "hoch erhabener, herrlicher" a form of speech, testimony to God.
To "altia" "altus / Latin" could still be influenced by Italian. Which would explain the unclean Latin.
