The description is ambiguous, but a little digging makes it all clear: It was made in Hungary by Italians.
As Meta Harrsen of the Pierpoint Morgan Library confirms, Morgan 360 and the Nekczei Lipocz Bible at the Library of Congress were both made by the same Bolognese artists, invited to the court of King Charles Robert. This king wanted to stimulate the production of cultural works in Hungary, so invited artists from Bologna to work for him (You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view.).

That is a nice one JKP! But shouldn't it be in the People in Tubs thread ? Or do you mean it has something to do with 81r?

Even though it's not a scalloped tub, it should probably be in both places since it shows a baptismal font in a different sort of environment from most drawings of fonts, and also shows a person in a tub. I'll add it to the people in tubs thread as well.
