Julian Bunn long ago explored a possibility that the Vms text might be music notation; Nick Pelling and others early considered the text a product of cipher-wheels. In a post called 'Weaving the Voynich' I spoke about colour wheels as counterpart for segmented circles and so so....
What follows isn't an argument about the Vms.
